What personality type is Inco? Inco is an ESFJ personality type in MBTI, 3w2 - - in Enneagram, in Big 5, in Socionics.
I must say that he's clearly a 3, he always looks for validation and always wants to improve. He wants to look like a cool guy and make friends, not so work-centered. I'd say he's an ESFJ too because of his FE dom, and seems to have si-ne instead of ni-se.
