I really don‘t see Si over Ni in Kala. Just because she is religious and believes in certain traditions of her people doesn‘t make her a Si Dom. She is very abstract in her musings about religion and overall seems to possess pretty good instincts and foresight. Her approach to religion is also more holistic trying to see the interconnectedness between science and religion and finding patterns in all belief systems. Her statement that faith and science, describe the same things just in another language seemed fueled by her Ni to me, since she seeks for some universal, deeper truth, rather than many different possibilities.
