I actually see SX 8 over E7 for Ovechkin for several reasons honestly. For one, ESFP is not going to be a type that goes out of its way to run away from its reality (as in enneagram 7) and many 'ESxP "7s"' are either mistyped ENxP 7s or ESxP 8s (since enneagram 8 along with Se as a function (in both MBTI and Socionics might I add) are types that go on to face reality head on). Second, 8s are among the most volitional enneagram types and considering Ovechkin straight up going out of his way to break Gretzky's record, I see strong volition and enneagram 8 for Ovechkin.
