What personality type is Emi Katsuno? Emi Katsuno is an INTJ personality type in MBTI, 8w9 - sp/so - 853 in Enneagram, RCOEI in Big 5, in Socionics.
I've only played a bit of the demo, but I already believe she is an INTJ!! Spoilers for Corpse Factory demo <:l feel free to challenge me on this >:) Dom Ni - Emi seems to view her world primarily through Ni. She takes in what she knows and makes conclusions based off of it. An example of this is when she talks about her 3 co-workers; she has a very good look at their character and morality, despite not being personal with either of them. When one of the horrible girls tells her that she's quitting to get her life sorted out, Emi doubts herself and believes she misjudged her character, but then quickly realizes that she has experience that proves the girl (i forgot her name lol) wasn't actually a good person; however, her supposed change of character is enough for Emi to let the hard feelings go on and feel happy for the girl. Her ideas come suddenly, seemingly out of no where instead of due to a bunch of connected thought out possibilities (Ne) -- an example of this is when she's thinking about how she can find out whether the corpse girls website really works or not, and suddenly realizes she can use their work app. Aux Te - Emi's a very logical and objective person; it is very clear from all her interactions that she is impersonal and not very expressive of her feelings. She instead relies on extraverted thinking. Emi adheres greatly to the rules set out before her, often doing what she believes is objectively the correct. An example of this is when she listened to her manager's fishy request without a second thought, despite previously acknowledging that she was a terrible person. When Aoi tells her about the Corpse Girls site, she immediately brings up how sketchy it seemed and how it would get you in trouble with the law, something that Aoi doesn't seem to consider. She acknowledges that the entire premise of the Corpse Girls site just seems completely impossible. When she hesitates to enter Kurosawa's name on the site, she literally begins to list out all the possibilities to determine whether it's a good idea or not based on the possible consequences/rewards. Tert Fi - Emi seems to have strong feelings and biases that come from within, such as her excessive hatred for her coworkers shown in the beginning of the demo. Her emotional side seems very self-focused and internal; she's willing to take the chance to murder her former coworkers because she believes it would be for good reason. Inf Se - I find it funny that INTJs seem to appear very serious and stern yet spacey at the same time ^-^;; I think Emi is definitely like that too. She doesn't seem to focus much on details in her environment and is usually in her own head, piecing together the world with Ni-Te-Fi, but is still capable of noticing details when she neeeds to, an example is when she analyzes the number that sent her the picture of her corpse as for enneagram, I'm thinking she's likely a 8w9, but i haven't thought too much about it yet. I believe 5 may also be possible for her?
