What personality type is Isao Shinomiya? Isao Shinomiya is an ENTJ personality type in MBTI, 8w7 - - 163 in Enneagram, RCOEN in Big 5, LSI in Socionics.
From what I've seen he looks more like an ENTJ in an aggresive Te-Se loop and with a bleeding inferior Fi from his wife's death. Loop always leads to grip after, so it makes sense (from cognitive function overuse and exhaustion). Te-Se is seen in how he manages the organization as its director. A structured hierarchy with set protocols and threat classifications. Then taking on important taks directly himself. A deadly, effective and firm approach. Auxiliary Ni is seen in his inflexible stance against Kaiju based on an ideal he's following, despite material word evidence that points elsewhere. That's why I don't see ESTJ flexible Ne nor an Si to take into account experiences brought on to him. Inf Fi is shown in how oblivious he is to the feelings of others -for example, in how cold he treats his own daughter- and even his own feelings -a constant stern, stoic expression-, unless it's the personal wound he still hasn't been able to recover from. This is an anime only analysis and all of this depends on how the ongoing situation with Kafka is handled or resolved. For now, I'll say unhealthy ENTJ.
