This guy is the GOAT and one of my favourite runners, if not the most. He has this incredible determination and humility. If I try his pace for a marathon, I am not sure if I can even last 2 minutes, let alone doing the entire thing. The way he speaks tells me that he has a lot of 1, considering how his desire is to be balanced and disciplined. "To be undisciplined is to be a slave to your impulses." The quote from the GOAT.

Eliud Kipchoge, (born 5 November 1984) is a Kenyan long-distance runner who competes in the marathon and formerly competed at the 5000 metre distance. He is the world record holder in the marathon with a time of 2:01:39, set on 16 September 2018, at the 2018 Berlin Marathon. His run broke the previous world record by 1 minute and 18 seconds. He has been described as "the greatest marathoner of the modern era". He is most famous for breaking the 2 hour barrier for a marathon, which he did in 2019 in Vienna, Austria. However, the run did not count as a new marathon record, as standard competition rules for pacing and fluids were not followed and it was not an open event.
