Some of y’all don’t understand this sort of Stockholm syndrome and the conflicted feelings people with narcissistic parents feel and it shows. I’ll try not to tell much but SPOILERS AHEAD. Saving Quaritch was out of love, yes it was selfish but a FE user type of selfish. He’s not an ESFP just because of what he did at the end of the movie, it was just him looking for at least some sort of normality with whom was supposed to be his paternal figure something he always wished in the deepest part of his psyche, even after saying he hates who his father was, it was something that he “needed” even if he wouldn’t admit it or didn’t realized it himself, he just wanted his dad to acknowledge him and he really enjoyed that time they spent together on pandora he can’t lie to me. But upon realizing the extent of the manipulation and that he (Quaritch) was only using him, he returns to the people who actually care for him, yet I’m pretty sure that deep down like, very deep down he still holds some hope for His dad to be one of those people too. It’s a cycle. And realizing that your family is not just the people you are blood related to but the ones who love and care for you is hard asf. He’s just a conflicted Fe user who just received the bare minimum and it’s acting upon that bc deep down he truly cares, if that’s not the most “xxTP with unhealthy/ undeveloped Fe, a lack of stable parental figures and the pressure of knowing yet not knowing the only person you can consider “family” but having him present in some way in your every day life” thing to do I don’t know what it is (he’s just like me fr). Btw I know this bc I’m in the exact same boat - I love u spider, u did nothing wrong <3
