As an ISTP, Mohamed is disgusted and irritated by Fi and Ne (his demon and trickster) and if you look at all his subconscious functions in reverse, you will see INFP, which is what we see whenever Danielle is acting manipulative and trying to avoid accountability. She’s actually just a childish ISFP. This tells me he deliberately seeked her out and married her for the purpose of using her and then being able to justify leaving her later. He wouldn’t kiss her at the wedding and could barely look at her ( Ti-Ni loop) and then justified it with something that was actually legitimate and hard to argue with (saying it’s Ramadan using his Ne trickster to confuse everyone). He would probably never in a million years marry someone like her for legit reasons unless both himself and the other person were healthy and balanced and even that’s a big maybe. He met Danielle in Qatar instead of his home country and he’s had no desire to go back home as if he’s running from the shame of not being husband material in his own country (critical parent Si and inferior Fe). Aside from Danielle, he enjoys being alone so working as a truck driver makes perfect sense for an ISTP. He seemed to want to come to the US for the adventure and excitement of a foreign country and possibly use living here as a stepping stone for achieving his real goals (auxiliary Se). He probably had an idea of what America would be like and later saw that it wasn’t what he thought and ended up disappointed (child Ni and trickster Ne). He also seems ashamed of going against his tradition and marrying outside his religion and culture (critical parent Si). He is mocked and laughed at for marrying an “older, unusual, dumb, and unattractive” person like Danielle (auxiliary Se, trickster Ne, and critical parent Si) and saves face (Se auxiliary and trickster Ne) by telling everyone that looks and age doesn’t matter (they actually do matter a lot to a Se dom and auxiliary). He ultimately ended up with a younger, more attractive Muslim woman later which is what he truly wanted the entire time. The only thing is, he still couldn’t get the girl he wanted in his own country, so he settled for an American Muslim revert, who I suspect is also an ISFP like Danielle, but probably more balanced.
