The man put duty above almost everything else, seeking rigid systems to act through. Above the Si, where is his Ti? He doesn't seem to question anything around him, and values objectivity in everything. He doesn't have any Fe, never seeking harmony. His action pattern fits the IxxJ perfectly, and the high amounts of Si and Te makes this a no brainer for me. His "honorable" demeanor (practically Te-Fi) is starkly opposed to his rival, Fuegalion, who uses Fe-Ti.
