A classic ENTJ-like ENFJ with a cutthroat attitude. Noah described Alejandro in the best way possible: "He is Heather with social skills" Unlike ENTJs who have Te Dom & Fi Inf, Alejandro uses Fe Dom & Ti Inf as a contrast. Fe is where all his manipulations, influences and flirts come from. He knows the right buttons to push and the right strings to pull. He also has a very developed Ti, that's how he can also be so calculating and strategical. That's the difference between him and Heather. Because Heather has little to no Fi. And like many ENTJs like Azula or Tywin Lannister, the lack of Fi happens to be Heather's main weakness since they have little to no understanding of emotions. Heather treated all her teammates and partners like trash. That caused Beth and Duncan to sever their ties with her. And even her loyal bff Lindsay didn't look at her face in TDA. But he did his best to not make it obvious (even though Owen somewhat sensed Al's dislike of him). Moral of the story, Alejandro and Heather show the difference between unhealthy ENFJ and unhealthy ENTJ. Unhealthy ENFJ is just as brutal as unhealthy ENTJ, but is way more emotionally manipulative and socially adept. Meanwhile an unhealthy ENTJ is less subtle with schemes and tend to be socially inept.
