Biografia
A scientist who works for the Blackwatch government shows his exxperiment to them. It’s called Project H2O. It’s an artificial liquid being made using technology and rice. Its purpose is to protect others from harm. It can do this by morphing its body into different shapes, like a stop sign or a baton, and freezing them to keep the morphed body part the same shape. The government heads were interested, but not for the purpose of this experiment. Hydro2O is made up of two entities, Hydrogen and Oxygen. Hydrogen is the main one in control of the body of Hydro2O. Oxygen is code which was activated when he was released from his test tube. Hydrogen is kind hearted but untrustworthy and only attacks when threatened. He doesn't trust others that much since he has a bounty on him so he has to hide if there are wanted posters of him around. But still he tries to be a nice person around people. He's silent since he can't speak. Oxygen wants to follow the programming he was given.
